MaidSafe, operated by One Maidstone BID, is a collaborative crime reduction initiative designed to protect businesses, staff, and visitors in Maidstone Town Centre. Working in close partnership with Maidstone Police, Maidstone Borough Council, and other key agencies, MaidSafe provides an integrated approach to tackling crime, anti-social behaviour, and managing offending behaviour through information sharing and real-time communication.

ONE MAIDSTONE RADIO NETWORK – INSTANT COMMUNICATION, ENHANCED SECURITY

With over 100 members, the One Maidstone Radio Network is a vital tool for businesses looking to enhance their security. For a one-off fee and no ongoing costs, BID members gain access to a reliable radio system that provides a direct link to the CCTV control room, operating 24/7. This ensures that businesses can quickly report incidents, receive updates, and get real-time support.

Our radios are also carried by One Maidstone Ambassadors and the Business Crime Manager, offering on-the-ground assistance when needed. Together, we are creating a safer, stronger Maidstone where businesses can thrive and the community can feel secure.
